Thank you Kurt and Rita Kunzel We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Kurt and Rita Kunzel. We were first-time homebuyers with very limited knowledge about how to find the right place. So, my manager recommended me to Kurt and Rita. So we decided to meet Kurt and Rita and in our first meeting we knew instantly that they are the one for us. They explained us the entire process and made us feel very comfortable. Since the start of the buying process, they were very honest. Kurt's tips about knowing the right house and hands-on experience really helped to take the pressure off us. When we bought our first house it was in crazy market where houses were in and out of market in just 1-2 week. However, Kurt never pushed us to buy the house he always made sure that we get the right house at right price in right time. He used to send us listings that match our needs and never asked us to go above and beyond our comfort zone. He always used to give us an update (weekly) on how the market is doing and how we should stance ourselves to get the right house. He was always one phone call away when we had questions, he even did not mind us calling him over the weekend/off hours. With Kurt and Rita the experience never ends with just buying house as they always maintained that personal touch with us. After we bought our new home and we told them about the moving date and I must mention that Rita was so kind that knowing we have the move and how consuming it can be she offered to bring dinner to our place just to make sure we do not overstretch ourself with our move. I believe we are very fortunate to have our realtor as Kurt and Rita. We just want to thank them for making our first time home buying experience so special and smooth. Thank you, Sayali and Siddharth
