I cannot give enough accolades to Rita and Kurt! They are a pleasure to work with and extremely knowledgeable and caring, always going the extra mile to assist me feeling comfortable in making decisions. For my friends who are interested in looking into homeownership, Rita and Kurt are my go-to people! (And I've already referred a friend to them.) They really are the perfect pair when it comes to all the things that are entailed with home buying.

Kurt and Rita have been wonderful. This has not been an easy process, and we know we are selling our home at a difficult time. They have offered good advice, provided us with ample information in order to help us make decision, and have listened to our concerns. They have also actively taken steps to help keep our listing relevant. They have had two open houses and are planning a third. They have also spent time following up on any potential lead and with any agent who has shown the house. We could not ask for better agents to promote our property.
